A lot of support from the programme leads/academic tutor. Support with finances, well being and houses through the student hub. It could be improved by having more directed lectures that are relevant to the module as sometimes the lecture feels irrelevant or unhelpful.

Lecturers do tend to listen to the students when we feel its best to be either in person or online. It is very flexible. They also put a lot of the content and presentations/recorded lectures online for access if we cant make it. However, some lectures aren't interactive or engaging and therefore, it can be hard to concentrate or engage well with the module

Decent halls however, for what you get it is expensive. No communal areas only a table and chairs in the kitchen, so social interaction can become limited. Single beds, again for the price is not great. However, the onsite manager for fixing aspects of the halls were really good. Quickly came over to fix different things and it did not take long. A key code and multiple keys are needed to get in so good security. Laundry service is circuit and its not good. Not enough washing machines for the number of student. Have to walk outside to take it so clean clothes could get wet, Way to expensive for one load of washing and drying, also not reliable. Nice green environment to be surrounded by and provided with cleaning products to enable us to keep everything clean for the inspections.
