The best aspect of the university experience at Herts has been the student support. This does include teaching staff, but in particular the student wellbeing team and disability services have been excellent. They have helped me with a variety of things including setting up and editing my study needs agreement for ADHD and in mental health and wellbeing support when I had a sudden and challenging change in my personal life. Their support has enabled me to continue accessing education, and continuing to do well both emotionally and academically. Whilst individual teaching staff on my programme have been supportive and engaging, I have frequently found some issues in the general organisation and communication within my programme.

The best part of the course has been the variety in placements I've had so far and that most of the teaching staff are knowledgeable and engaging. However, the course has lost points in most areas above due to some communication and organisational issues throughout my time at Herts, which has impacted upon all the areas above.
