Best aspects are expanding your social circle and your knowledge base the worst aspects are early mornings

I like the online lectures I sometimes find them hard to locate but otherwise I think they work well

I liked locks except for the WiFi which isn’t a great and the washing machines break a lot

Lecturers and other staff are supportive. However, it can be challenging to resolve an issue with the faculty. For example, it could take days to get a response to an email. Facilities such as the library (staff there are always happy to help you find resources for coursework) and IT are supportive.

My personal tutor makes regular contact and is available when I need help or am faced with challenging situations at university. Lecturers try their best to answer questions in class. Sometimes, lecturers can dwell on irrelevant topics in class.
