Union is underwhelming and small, but overall feel of the uni is welcoming & provides a good study environment. They could do better with support for students.

Not enough in person seminars, it’s hard to get an understanding through pre-recorded lectures. It’s always good when in person with lecturers, so it’s disappointing that it’s so infrequent and makes it harder to learn. Furthermore, the information about placement for my course is either incredibly hard to find or non-existent - It’s a very practical subject too which would greatly benefit from work experience.

Often hard to get transport after 11pm but this wouldn’t be an issue if you lived in the city centre. Very diverse city and lots of good nightlife for all audiences. Food spots are brilliant too. Overall rather safe.
