I love the city so much which has made me love uni

I like the modules this year as I’ve chosen them

The best aspects of studying at Uni of Liverpool has definitely been the community, atmosphere and people around campus and accommodation. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly and, passionate. The freedom and feel is great as well, the guild and the accommodation is always offering events that are great to go to. The only improvement I can think of is the lack of feeling of green space, close by and in the city centre there is little open green areas, however there are parks with a nice one being only a 30 minute walk away, and some smaller ones a bit closer. The docs are also gorgeous and make up for the scenery.

The course is great, all the lecturers are passionate, chill and down to earth. The content is very varied, one week may feel completely different in content than the other week which keeps things very interesting. The lecture seminar setup means we are taught in lectures before being able to delve deeper into the topics in seminars and ask lectures questions plus interact with peers more closely. The subject facilities are not anything special for the course, however they don't need to be. We use the rest of the uni facilities which are a great standard.

Crown Place are a great halls. The location is extremely close to campus, with some of my lectures only 2 minutes away from my block. It is also great value for money, being one of the cheapest accommodations despite great facilities and location. These facilities include a TV, a couch ,two sinks and ovens and hobs + more. It is managed very well, we get frequent maintenance checks, and any problems such as blown hob fuses or non working ovens are fixed very quickly. Additionally, we get a lovely cleaner once a week and the bins taken at no extra fee. The floor set up and room allocation is great, as it is easy to make friends with the different flats on your floor, so far everyone I have met from crown has been lovely. Sometimes the wifi can be spotty though 95 percent of the time it is working. Most blocks have a gated courtyard making them safe, as well as with keycard entry at the front door, flat door and room door.
