The Best Aspects of My University Experience What I value the most is the incredible university atmosphere in Cardiff. It feels like the city is designed with students in mind, making it a very welcoming place to live and study. The Student Union is fantastic—not only is it well-suited for students to focus on their studies, but it also offers entertainment areas that are perfect for taking a break when needed. Additionally, the facilities overall are excellent, and most university buildings are located in the same area, which makes day-to-day life much easier. Challenges I Have Faced The only difficulty I encountered during my university experience was trying to join the futsal society. I sent several emails, but I didn’t receive a response until a month later. Unfortunately, by that time, only one month was left before the course ended, and I had to return to Barcelona, so I couldn’t participate as I had hoped. Ideas for Improvement One potential improvement would be to implement a more direct communication system with student societies. For example, when showing interest in a society, students could be provided with the contact information of a team member or someone responsible within the society. This would allow for direct communication to quickly address any questions or concerns, making the registration process more efficient and accessible for everyone.

The Best Aspects of My Course One of the things I like the most about my course is the wide variety of subjects and modules available to choose from. They cover many different fields of study, which allows me to pick what I truly enjoy. Additionally, the university offers a two-week period during which you can attend classes and decide whether to keep the module or switch to another. This is really helpful because sometimes a module’s name might sound appealing, but the content doesn’t match your expectations. The Worst Aspects of My Course One downside I experienced was that, since I finished my internship in Barcelona at the end of September and arrived in Cardiff late, I had to choose my modules at the end of the month. Unfortunately, this meant I couldn’t select my timetable—it was generated automatically. This led to some overlaps where I had two classes scheduled at the same time. Another negative point is related to the lectures themselves. Sometimes they feel a bit too long and purely theoretical. It would be great to incorporate quick, practical activities to make the classes more engaging and enjoyable.

I love the study technique,it’s so friendly and lovely at the sametime .But they need to work on the tuition fees ,it’s too expensive for some average people like me

The lecturers are friendly and easy to access compare to Africa lecturers .Their learning techniques is vividly understandable
