Great facilities, support and location! Improvements could be adding more areas within the campus to study/chill? Food is great too but perhaps more affordable pricing and more dietary options in vegan and vegetarian range? Other than that it’s been amazing overall and would fully recommend studying here! student support is great here too!

Location is amazing.

When i first came to cardiff met i was pleasantly surprised by it. It is a big uni with a lot of different areas where you can do different things; a gym, loads of places to eat, vending machines, etc. Overall I’m loving the opportunity of being here, the teachers and the staff have been really nice and helpful to me personally, anytime I come with a problem they help me solve it with 0 problems. The only thing that i would say I’m having trouble with is maybe getting more involved with the other students because the campus is so big, but i have met some really nice students in class who have helped me as well. Overall I’m really liking Cardiff Met!!

It’s only my second week, so, from what i’ve seed and experienced, the classes are good, we haven’t gone that deep into the topics yet because we’ve had little amount of classes, but i’m enjoying it for now and learning new things. The teachers have been really nice and helpful to me, being an international student can be a little hard sometimes, adapting to the new teaching system or the language, but the teachers always come up to me and ask if i understand everything and if not the offer to help, which i appreciate a lot.

The thing I like the most is that i have a community, there is a lot of people living the same experiences that i’m living, we are all students making new friends and new memories, so I enjoy sharing that. The buildings are really nice, the only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that they never show the individual rooms in the pictures on the website, they only show you what the double room looks like, which is really nice, and then the single room is way too small and a lot less modern, which shocked me when i first moved, but now i’m used to it. Also I marked that I don’t find the price too reasonable, I think it’s way too expensive for the space and some of the things in it.
