The support an international student gets in university of surrey is up to the mark. From the faculty to the student reunion, everyone is willing to help and ar actively responding you. The concept of no question is a silly question is highly visible in university of surrey

The best aspect is how every module teacher is willing to contribute in any way to help the student understand their pace and are always thinking of the international students whether they are understanding the accent of the teacher or not. Moreover, they themselves are welcome to hear feedback on their teaching methods and insist you to contact them for any help without any hesitation. One of the things that I disliked was that as majority of the students are from September intakes the ones like me who are from February intakes are not getting enough time to adapt how the structure and process of the uni works and sometimes I feel the teacher forgets the new intakes are finding very overwhelming to grasp what’s coming their way.

I reside in millennium house, stag hill and the location is the best part about it. You can walk up to any class on time. The station and the town is super close to this place. However, this building definitely needs to renovate as I feel there are certain things in their washrooms and beds that cause discomfort to students
