I think one think the university can improve would be career and job support, from job prespective its really hard for an international student to get a secured job even though there are career fairs but all they do is ‘fill up this form and apply’ . They should have companies come in and dedicate student interviews for actual selection. They do also have a career support coach thing but even they are students.

The worst aspect would be more of party and fun involvement rather than having educational fairs and activities and guest lectures or inspirational debates and basically related with learning and work and education, for example Ted Talks, Debates, Hackathons, etc.. There are societies indeed but the university as a whole should organise as they organise parties and function and stuff. Best part would be the diversity and discussions with alumnis and lecturers, the techincal advancement and overall infrastructure provided, proper information provided through mails and other things, maps, guidance, etc.. i really appreciate it.

Love Liverpool as a city, the nightlife is just as good as everyone says!! Campus always has a nice feel and everyone’s so approachable. For improvements, I sometimes feel on my course lectures are made just for the sake of it with little new information, i would like to be challenged more.

I find the course interesting and i enjoy the practical aspects such as real industry tasks. However i do think that given the small number of contact hours these should be made the most of and be worthwhile attending. Often lectures are repetitive and not very in depth, I have also found that a lot of seminar leaders have little knowledge on the task at hand which isn’t ideal.

I love staying in Greenbank it’s so sociable and lively whist also being a nice break from uni with it being so clean and surrounded by nature. The gym is good however would love if a few stair masters were added as well as a smith machine. I appreciate the activities that we can go to however these must be expensive to run, i just think the fees should be reduced by reducing the activities. Getting the bus can be annoying sometimes but i like living near smithdown where majority of people will be in future years.
