Solent is really good when it comes to both the course content, this being how teaching is done, the guest talks and live client presentations. But the student support is great as they have staff that can help with pretty all issues, and they often get back to you quickly. One way it could be improved is by asking students what times are best for allocating the events and activities the university coordinates as more often than not, we cannot attend these due to other matters

Best aspects would be how varied the teaching is as it sometimes includes the lectures presenting and students taking notes. Other times it would be working within groups to complete activities. Also the course hours are very flexible, and it is known that if you cannot make it to a seminar, be it due to work or other responsibilities, it's very easy to request a change in timetable. However the contact with lectures is not always the best. For example, during first year, I rarely got a reply from some of my professors even when it was urgent. Luckily I could simply ask during the seminars but i would have preferred them actually replying to my emails

The location is great as it is close to high street and most shops. There's always security outside and inside the buildings and is always tidy and clean. The price per week isn't the best, especially with how expensive everything is, but for an ensuite room it is not the worst either
