The societies and meeting people, and the resources and support. It could be improved by adding more lunch spots.

The course has good lecturers and resources, but sometimes doesn’t go through difficult topics, expecting us to know things.

It’s a great university and I haven’t had any problems so far. They have been very accommodating and understanding especially when I had an issue with student finance. I’ve enjoy my first year. My only issue would probably be accommodation pricing, which is to be expected in London but the schools prices are rising which is a bit worrysome.

I’m enjoying the modules so far. They’re engaging and up to date as far a marketing is concerned. We also have multiple resources given to us as students which is great too.

Kingston is a quiet but lively place outside of London which is nice. It’s also great that central London is only 30 minutes away by tube. Accommodation is still pricey but the renovations of the uni accoms are modern and the support and service from accommodation reception is great. The school has great support too. As long as you have the email of the department your looking for, you get your response and help as soon as possible. The school is pretty diverse as well with people from all over the world and of various ages, religion and identities.

Chancellor’s Hall is a great accommodation if your department is based in Kingston Hill, which is just a 5 minute walk. The support at reception has been helpful since the day I moved in and are always ready to help you. There are so many events that Chancellor’s organise, we’ve even have food truck come and give us free food. We also get free coffee and tea every Wednesday mornings which is so great. The accommodation is a bit pricey. I have one of the cheapest roomiest at £175 pw that comes with an en-suite and plenty of storage but no lift in the building so be prepared to either carry your load up the hill and up the stairs or spend more money for the for the larger room with a lift. The accommodation is expensive but it has been a great place to stay. We’ve only had one issue with the internet and we all received an emailed apology from the company but other than that the internet is fast and reliable.
