The best is the lab condition at BCAST: clean, well equipped with cutting edge technologies and sophisticated instruments The worst is the smoking policy : most hours of the day the open BUL area is crowded by students mainly, and many of them allow themself to smoke while walking... i suffer from the cigarettes smell and the smell got stuck to my clothes and hair. I wish BUL have a control on people and influence them to smoke in only dedicated area for smokers
