Worst aspect Support & Bureaucracy: Some students report significant issues with bureaucracy and lack of support for mental health/harassment issues. University of Hertfordshire is a supportive and diverse place to study. My MSc Management course is practical, engaging, and has helped me understand concepts like mass customisation. The lecturers are helpful and the learning resources are solid. It could improve by having more industry exposure, better timetable flexibility, and extra study spaces especially during busy periods.
