The lecturers are supportive, our Catalyst(library) staff are very helpful. Out library is well equipped and there's a Uni Skills workshop for anyone who needs an extra help with assessments.

The lectures are conducting at an odd time, every Monday from 6pm-9pm and every Wednesday from 2pm-5pm and 6pm-9pm. This is really odd time and the only reason these classes are conducted so late is because they can't assign rooms during the day. If this could be changed, that would be perfect.

The radiator stops working every other week and the management takes 3-4 days after a call has been logged to fix it. As a person who comes from a hot and humid region, surviving the England weather is hard. So if the radiator could be maintained, then the rooms and halls are perfect.
