I thoroughly enjoy uni and I'm glad I chose sheffield. Its right in the middle of the city and there is always something to do, like volunteering, club nights or shopping. Because Sheffield has a massive student population, due to the fact it includes Sheffield Hallam university as well, it has a really studenty feel is one of the safest large cities. It's not far from Leeds either, so if you want an even bigger city it doesn't take long!

very good university, great facilities, great location and very friendly students. The student union is great, the night life is great and always feel at home in Sheffield.
