So far my educational experience has been wonderful. I feel my personal growth has extended beyond what I have been learning about in the classroom. I am loving my time as a student!

Very good! The buildings are modern and well-kept. The technology used around the campus has always been good. They are often making updates around the campus to better meet the needs of the students.

The academic support is excellent; my lecturers have always made themselves available to students before, during, and after lessons. We are assigned personal tutors so we can meet with someone to discuss our progress. I've never had an email or phone call go unanswered. I personally have had a mostly-good experience with the personal mental health counselling offered at the university but they have recently cut back on the support that is being offered and I know of many people who have been negatively affected by this and/or had negative experiences because of it. I do think University of Wolverhampton needs to do better in terms of this type of support, especially as conversations about mental health are becoming much more prevalent and the spotlight is shining on uni students and the pressures and stresses they are experiencing.

The Students' Union facilities are comfortable and welcoming and they offer some great spaces and resources for students. They do a lot of work with student representation but I am not always sure the response from students is very good, so I think they may want to work on engagement.

Yes! I am able to reach my campus easily by train; other students take the bus and there are university buses for students to get around campus and to other campuses. It's also very walkable. The central campus is located right next to the town center and also a large grocery store so I can run errands before or after lectures--or just have some "me" time!

Pretty good variety of societies! I was actually able to start one myself in my first year and the Students' Union has been very supportive.

My lecturers are exceptional and passionate and so knowledgeable. And it often happens--I think unintentionally!--that material in one module can be related to the material of the other modules I am taking, even if they are not really related. The intersections are fascinating and fun and make for a really cool educational experience.

The uni offers on-campus work opportunities, works with employers to advertise employment opportunities, and has a really extensive careers department. I've also heard talks at the university given by this department and by lecturers who brought in alumni to talk about their career paths, which was wonderful. We have Career Development Week as well, which is like a weeklong convention of a ton of great events and activities that can help with employability but also offer personal enrichment!
