My supervisors always respond to my inquiries and emails promptly. They always valued my opinions and mix their constructive criticism with encouragement and praise. During supervision sessions, they lead discussions featuring my research; these activities have provided a fertile environment for brainstorming and developing valuable research ideas. In addition, they have been concerned about my well-being and continuously emphasised the need to take a break from work and enjoy life. These actions made me passionate about writing and considering the University of Sussex a great place to study.

My course is research-based.

It has a brilliant library and so many resources but the amount of teaching time for my course is incredibly small.

The main problem is the lack of tutor contact time, they are very good at providing student hours but it means that we are structuring most of our time ourselves which can get difficult.
