My experience at the University of Greenwich has been very positive so far. The best thing for me is the support from lecturers and staff. They are easy to approach and genuinely want students to succeed. The campus has a friendly atmosphere and the resources, especially the library and online materials, are very helpful for my studies. I also like that there are many workshops, events and opportunities to meet other students which makes the university feel active and welcoming.
If I mention something that could be improved, it would be the communication around some processes such as timetable updates or booking support services. Sometimes information arrives a bit late and it can be confusing for new students. Apart from that, my overall experience has been very good and I feel that the university provides a supportive environment for learning and personal development.

The best aspect of my course is the quality of teaching and the support we receive from lecturers. They explain ideas clearly and make complex topics easier to understand. The modules are well organised and the mix of theory, discussion and practical activities keeps the lessons engaging. I also appreciate how approachable the lecturers are, because it makes it easier to ask questions and stay confident throughout the course.
The worst aspect is not directly about the teaching but about the facilities around the campus. Parking for students is very limited and sometimes almost impossible to find. For those who commute by car this can be stressful, especially on busy days or when you need to arrive early for classes. A better parking system or more available spaces would be a big improvement for many students. Apart from this issue, I feel that the course itself is strong and provides a good learning experience.
