Durham is an excellent place to study with a good academic focus whilst giving a wide range of extra curricular opportunities to develop well rounded self aware individuals.

Durham is a well-respected, beautiful university, with lots of tradition but plenty of innovation as well. Emphasis is on expanding the university experience to create well-rounded individuals. I have really enjoyed my time here!

Excellent support facilities, especially within the colleges - staff know students and make an effort to support them to the best of their abilities.

Durham is a small city but has everything you need - loads of nice cafes for afternoon study breaks!

There is an excellent range of clubs and societies and the Freshers' Fair gets better every year!

Excellent research reputation and good range of courses and modules available.

Durham graduates generally have excellent job prospects, and the career service available for support is very good.

Accommodation is generally good in colleges, but pricey, and house prices are rising in the city in general.
