The best bit about uni is making friends and enjoying your time while you have it. The uni is very understanding when it comes to finances and makes you feel so welcome

UCLan (UoL) is such a beautiful university. One unique thing about it is its diversity and all-round inclusivity to all students irrespective of gender, social status and race. It is vastly spread out within Preston as well which I find quite fascinating while exploring other departments within various different buildings owned by UCLan (UoL). I appreciate how students can read and catch up on notes or workload in not only the library but places like the student centre and other personal areas in different buildings while ideally prioritising comfort for students and creating a positive atmosphere. Student support is also very helpful and willing to assist in respect to wellbeing. With that, I would highly recommend UCLan (UoL) to my friends. It's a school I would love for them to visit and study in.

My course lecturers are a very lively group of people. I find it very fascinating that I can sit in class from 9am to 5pm (with breaks in between) and can concentrate for 2 hours of each lecture straight. Lecturers and workshop tutors are always available and happy to help. Always ready to assist if you have any questions or need any further assistance. I appreciate their readiness and willingness to be of help to their students whenever an issue of concern is raised. Notes are understandable and catchy, motivating the reader or listener to follow in respect to what is being taught and I believe that is a very fantastic teaching approach.
