The facilities available allow you to always be sureounded by those striving to achieve, increasing your personal amount of productivity. The location is perfect, 15 minute walk from the Birmingham New Street station, surrounded by all different cuisines and the Bullring. Those attending the university are from all ethnic backgrounds, there is a real push through various student unions to make sure everyone is included and no body feels left out. The seminar teachers and lecturers are firm but fair, they want the best for their students and ensure that standards are met. However, if they feel you are not putting in your best efforts they will tell you, making sure i personally keep ontop of my studdies. Alrhought it is only my first year i feel like i have been at University for ages, the help provided to accustom myself to new sureoundings really helped me fit in. I have made numerous new friends and endure lots of activites within the city.

Personally the worst aspect of my course is the contact time between myself and the teachers. At the moment i currently have only 7 hours worth of face to face teaching, personally i would prefer that this is increased to ensure content is covered to a high standard to increase my chances of getting a grade worthy to compete in the legal sector. However, when i am on campus i do feel like the information taught is done to a very high standard, as well as the online work. Post-pandemic can be very worrying, however Birmingham City univeristy have put many precautionary iteams in place to reduce the risk of spreading Covid 19 to ensure i can attend as much as possible. The overall learning experience is very good, although i would like better contact with my teachers over a shorter duration. At the moment the contact response time is 3-5 days, sometime i would like this to be shorter to ensure i receive the information when needed.
