I love life in Sheffield. It's a great city to live in with so much on offer and lots to get involved in. The people on my course are all really nice. My course is very varied, with lots of modules to chose from. However as i'm a dual student some of my modules clashed this year, but it was quickly sorted. There's loads of societies to get involved in and musical groups to join. I settled in really quickly!

My experience so far has been as good as it can given the circumstances. I’d like to have been able to spend time with my classmates and be living in halls rather than at home, but obviously these aren’t circumstances the university can control. The university is clearly doing it’s best to offer students the best it can.

It’s hard to say as I haven’t been able to use many facilities due to covid, but from what I have seen as well as what others have said, I believe Sheffield has excellent facilities.

It’s easy to access emotional support from the university website/the vle. I had a rough time late last year and I was offered a lot of support to get me through it.

Despite having to be online, the lessons are well prepared and the lecturers are easy to contact and talk to when support is needed.
