Amazing city and an amazing university that have been so supportive but also academically stretching since arriving. So much going on and a great political community as well.

The new library is outstanding but there is always a struggle to find a seat!

Excellent - well advertised and easy to access, especially skills@library and the accessibility to free counselling.

Great - hundreds of societies, loads of events, great shops etc

Leeds is an amazing city in terms of nightlife, shopping, events, independent markets.

Very varied and active with 'give it a go' sessions happening everyday

Wide range of content and specialized lecturers who are passionate about their subject.

Lots of employers visiting campus, support with CVS, links with internships are all really helpful

Great room with lots of storage and a large enough kitchen for 9 people. However, there are now lifts provided and I am on the 5th floor which was a problem for my visiting mum who walks with a crutch. It is also permanently boiling in my bedroom due to a hot water pipe!

Leeds is one of the biggest Unis in the country I think there is about 30,000 students there at any one time so you will probably guess that there is a wide range of people and personalities there. Some you will think are a bit 'weird' but if you struggle to make friends there it would really surprise me! Leeds University Campus is situated about 5ish minute walk into town centre which is brilliant if you live on an on campus halls of residence in the first year as you don't need to get taxis after a heavy night out!!!!
