If I had to choose one word to describe UEL, it would be positive. My interactions with academic and support staff have always been so friendly and welcoming. This stands out. I have learned a lot on my course with the guidance of faculty who make me feel welcome and valued. I experienced the same when I visited the campus in person for a competition. I would recommend the university to others in a heartbeat.

The course materials in Moodle are well presented. Lecturers respond to email very quickly.
