Had some bad experiences last year with the facilities team and lack of communication between ourselves (house of six) as tenants and the facilities team, but student union are providing excellent service and uni staff are as helpful as can be.

good value for money but some maintenance issues

i like being so close to the city and close enough to go out without worrying about being back too late at night but i'd appreciate more quiet social events on at the student union

I love the building that the English Department are in and i can always easily contact my tutors and PAT and generally get a quick response back

wifi is a bit hit and miss at times, great room size for the price and i enjoy being so close to campus however the back door did not lock for a week or so due to previous damage bathroom light sometimes doesnt work but i enjoy it for the most part
