Amazing - don't go anywhere else! I have had the best time at Nottingham Trent university and im so glad I chose this uni. The students union is amazing and the courses and support available are great too. Everyone is like one big trent army family.

Offers great accommodation - but at a high price

Facilities and the people at NTU are incredible. I was stuck between choosing NTU or Uni of and was convinced due to the campus being smaller and felt like more of a community, with staff members knowing their students individually by name and the greetings I saw that people received just from walking around campus. McDonalds, KFC, sunny and Lidl just down the road, and although Clifton is not within the city, transportation links are frequent and cheap so getting into city is never an issue.

My course has lovely, supportive lecturers and consists of fully in person learning, however, with full access to course content and lectures that have been recorded online. However, teaching is relatively laidback and not pressurised, and although some people prefer that, personally, I would prefer more external pressure to increase drive.

Although Pev has gained the nickname, I personally find my accommodation better than New Hall purely because of the layout of the halls everyone tends to congregate outside flats which helps with making friends outside the flat significantly. Our rooms remind me a lot of boarding school which is quite nice plus they all have en-suites and 6 people flats so the kitchen is never too messy.
