Good teaching but first year is boring because too much history

Its been good, but its been far too quick. I do wish that i only picked one course and not a joints as theres not as much focus on me as a student. The social side has been really good, however it took a good year and a half to get used to it.

Really modern university. Everything has been done up, and I feel like its always being worked on.

Really good. It's a case of if you ask for it, they dont ignore you.

The union is ok. We have a bar which serves food, a Starbucks and a shop. Its very over-priced however.

I live about 3 miles from university, however the buses run often. Depending on what time you catch the bus, it could vary from a 15 minute journey to a 45 minute journey. Around our university, there are loads of bars and convenience store, and then the city centre is a ten minute walk away.

I haven't really joined any.

I like the journalism side of my course, as the tutors always reply to your emails etc. When going into the seminars, it feels like we are apart of a team. I am not keen on the English side of it, as because I do a joints, I feel like both the students and tutors don't include other's much.

I haven't really reached out to any of these, as I have only recently decided what I want to do. However, my tutors help me a lot with setting up gigs to write about.
