It’s a beautiful campus and an amazing city, there’s so many clubs and societies to get involved with and the party culture is huge. There does feel like a large class/culture difference between some students though, there is a lot of students from private school, some of my friends have been made fun of for having geordie accents, in Newcastle. Which is crazy.

It’s a really interesting course, it does feel like some of the modules are more important/prioritised than others though.

I love newcastle university! It is a great place for me personally because it is in my home city which allows me to have an eventful student life whilst still being close to home. The campus and facilities are amazing, however I feel as though they could make it easier to get in touch with members of staff when students need help.

The best aspects of my course are the practical elements for example learning how to use camera equipment and software. The worst aspects are that the contact hours are slightly erratic.
