Waking up every day on a park / next to a park makes more of a difference than you'll imagine. The immediate wildlife and greenery is beautiful. Travel is also really easy from / to the university with buses trams and the free hopper bus between campuses.

The teaching style varies a lot based on both the lecturer and the module, so it is hard to give an overall response. But the lecturers are interesting to listen to and the lecturers that are not as good presenters still care and are excited about the subject matter. A lot of students will complain about lecturers, but if you do the work given and follow the lectures it's a great experience

I got moved around a lot in my first year, but the halls themselves felt safe and warm. Halls are right on campus, and with the hopper bus, you can get anywhere you need fast.

The university itself is alright, it seems to be more of a party city than anything which is why the ratings for student satisfaction end up so high.

Unfortunately, I feel like the value proposition is missing on this course. You can teach everything you learn here on your own, for free, online. I don't necessarily feel like the rate they charge is necessary, especially when all of this course could be done remotely. I feel like instead of paying the tuition to learn all you're doing is paying to say "I got a degree", it doesn't feel like it's worth it.

Its close to the shops, gym, not a far walk from the uni. Its not technically university halls but worth mentioning. Wifi sometimes doesn't work for an hour or two once every few weeks, but its fast, no restrictions. Maintenance do actually do repairs here, which is nice. Second year room is longer and nicer flat than first year.
