Studying at the Open University was one of the best decisions I've made. I'm not even done with my initial modules, but I feel as if I'm ready to take on anything! The study material is well structured and tutors are prompt with their support. I don't have any criticism at the moment.

The course material - quizzes, exercises and experiments encourage critical thinking. Due to the nature of online delivery, I do wish I get more contact with the tutors.

So far (starting my third year) I have enjoy being with the OU even during coronavirus. they have done everything they could to help ensure student s are not impacted or disadvantaged due to coronavirus.

There is student support who are amazing. the feedback from the tutors is usually very good and constructive.

The student union has been absolutely fantastic, representing fellow students to a very high standard and ensuring any problems are raise with the correct people.

There is a lot of social activities and clubs to get involved in, my only gripe is the OU doesn't advertise them we'll enough.

Fir the creative writing module unfortunately there were not a lot of online tutorials, but this seemed pacific to that subject as my other modules had a lot of tutorials to choose from. The best thing about the OU is the flexibility of studying when and where you want.

There is a dedicated careers team, who will give you tailored careers advice via email, or phone. There are lots of online careers fairs with some very impressive businesses attending.
