The best aspect of my university experience was the strong sense of community and support I felt right from my first day. When I came to campus to collect my ID, I was nervous and unsure about where to go, especially since it was my first visit. I knew I had to go to the Business Building, but navigating through different buildings was confusing at first. Fortunately, I met some students from the student community who were so friendly and eager to help. Their warm welcome instantly made me feel comfortable and included. That experience inspired me to help new students the same way they helped me. What makes the university a great place to study is this welcoming and supportive environment. Everyone—from staff to students—genuinely cares about helping each other succeed, creating a sense of belonging that goes beyond academics. Honestly, there’s no real “worst” part of my university experience—but if I had to mention one small thing, it would be the coffee vending machine! It seems to have a mind of its own sometimes, but I guess that just adds a bit of humor to campus life.

The best aspect of my MA in User Experience Design (UXD) course is the depth of research and effort our lecturers put into curating high-quality learning resources. Having worked in the industry for a few years before joining the program, I can truly appreciate how well the course bridges academic theories with real-world applications. The insights shared in class and the diverse research materials have helped me broaden my academic and professional perspective, allowing me to view design challenges from a more strategic and human-centered standpoint. So far, I haven’t encountered any “worst” aspects of the course. The learning experience has been engaging and rewarding throughout.
