BEST- The friends you make throughout uni and the experiences you maybe with them are like no other. Great tutors that care for your learning as well as your mental health and well being. I didn't expect to have this quality of teaching and care but it's amazing. Worst- The work load can sometimes be too much but you learn to live with it and embrace the struggles you go through and how to turn them into skills

All in-class teaching which i think is great, especially when it comes to hands on learning. However sometimes i feel some lectures/classes could be put online to save everyone sometime going into uni when it could all just be done from home

A variety of support is offered and there is no prejudice in terms of what course you are from. Everyone is treated equally and fairly; the resources are above satisfactory and the atmosphere just gets better and better each year with the renovations.

These have improved year on year since 2011 and they have a good budget every year to make the facilities even better.

This changes from year to year. First years and final years seem to get a lot more support, however in my personal opinion I have had more support than anyone in the whole group. Even during my placement, my teachers were willing to help and all of my tutors, the university or anyone associated with the university did provide help and all the useful support that they could.

Amazing facilities and always a good atmosphere to be in

Nottingham is a beautiful, historic and a vibrant city! I love being around here, you are never far away from anything. The public transport is so reliable as well, and cheap for students too. There are some beautiful places to visit and there are vast areas to explore. Night life in the city is amazing too!

There is a club or society for everything you may ever want to join, and if there isn't then you can start one of your own and NTU provide support from the Hive to make that society sustainable going forward.

Overall, they are satisfactory, but I would prefer more support and a spoonfeeding should not be deterred from. Some students just need their hands held for the first few steps before they can start walking.

I have gained a lot of experience through my placement and I have received great support to apply for a graduate role. I have also unlocked my potential in terms of realising that I am a professional in my industry. They have also opened doors to other opportunities such as competing for the Enactus UK title, get a 10% shareholding in a business from my placement year and introduce a brand new product that I designed from scratch into the market.

Accommodation is close by, there's always a place somewhere. Relatively cheap as well. Some of the NTU halls need to be redone but they are all priced accordingly however, the top end prices are over the top and do not reflect what is provided for prices such as £160 a week.
