It’s a great university with great facilities but I have found that some things are explained too much like how the union works and how the teams can support you but then things like grading is explained very poorly. The cafe food is also a bit posh and expensive, it would be nice to have simpler cheaper options for food since students are usually broke.

Great but a little snobby and scary sometimes, not much consideration for the different starting points people are at and sometimes learning doesn’t feel very personal but the course briefs are fun and engaging.

A great halls but has rude and condescending staff members, especially security. Some of the bathrooms are dirty when u move in and the wifi goes down frequently and so do the washing machines. Hub is great and most rooms are a good size (not all).

It’s a great place to study as there is a lot of contact time and support from tutors, learning feels very accessible and has been considered with students in mind. The only negative I would aay is the course requires a lot of printing, which is expensive and tough to keep up with on my personal financial situation.

The course being in class three days a week is the perfect amount to balance work load, and we really maximise the time we’re all in together. Lecturers are also easy to contact and responsive outside of teaching days.
