This University has a culture of staying put until you get your solution. So long as you discussed that issue with them, there MUST be a solution given that settles that matter. I'm really proud of them. Improving it could be done through constant reminder of who they are and what their vision and value means to them through seminars staff motivation and community evaluation within them.

The best is that I have time for myself and the worst is that I have to create a lot of ideas to really meet up the level of great standards I've come to see here.
