Best aspects of my uni experience would be the social aspects and opportunities that’s are available, there are so many chances to meet people and make friends. I also love the study spaces available. As someone who’s work is widely affected by the environment, work spaces are very important, and I have found that the spaces available to me allow me to be very productive. The worst aspects may be how hard it is to receive mental health services; they are very available, however they are crowded services it is hard to access due to the high demand for them.

Best aspects of the course is the content and reading materials; that is what I love about the subject and the uni has picked a very interesting and engaging list of topics and areas of philosophy that we learn about and discuss. The worst aspect may be how there is not a huge amount of tutor time, I find that I learn a lot and absorb more in seminars/tutorials and although I recognise how important independent study is to my course, it would be nice to have more seminars. However, I also see how I can arrange independent, one on one, time with my tutors.

What I love best about my university halls has to be the social side of it, you can meet so many people within such close locations. Reinforcing this social aspect is also the social areas available, the student bar is very close and a really fun environment to be in. My halls are also really close to the shops and bus stop, making it very easy for me to get into uni for lectures etc. The worst part of the halls may just be how small the rooms are, but saying this, it isn’t that bad at all.
