Uni has been hard this year being all online due to COVID-19 but all the lectures are working there hardest to ensure that we still get the same level of teaching and education as we always would. I personally feel that online is easier as I don’t have to travel for class, but its always comforting to know that your lectures are always there to listen to you and provide help both for your course and just in general if you need it.

I love the Jordanstown Campus its well accessable and still close enough to the city to only have to take a 5min train ride or the bus. Jordanstown has all you need including a shop a few cafes and a pharmacy. Most things are all on the one level and lifts always available for individuals who need them. Sadly it is proposed that this campus will close in the next few years.

Student Support are always there to help with a phone line and an email service always available and you can walk into the office at any time during there opening hours on campus. Information about them is given to you at the start of every year but also all available on the uni website.

A wonderful course with the most caring lectures who truly want you to do well! It’s an overall small team with 5 lecturers and usually aprox. 30 in a class each year. Teaching hours are usually 4 full days in first year and then slowly decreases over each term. This course is usually all on campus with some lab practicals also having to be done.
