The best thing is the collegiate system, it makes it very close-knit and family like. The worst thing is how little contact time we get now after covid. We used to have 2 hours of lectures a week per module. That has now been halved.

Contact time needs to be more and workshop tutors need to do more to get everyone involved because I feel like I’m the only one talking.

It’s international university of the year so diversity is amazing, it’s great getting to meet people from all over the world. The only thing that’s not great is the nightlife in the city centre.

Love the university campus and the beautiful city. I find my lectures engaging and enjoy the range of lecturers from different backgrounds and cultures. Huge range of societies and clubs.

Excellent. Have brilliant library and study facilities.

Great for academic feedback. Counselling is good but could be more people so that there is more support available. We also have nightline which means there’s always someone to talk to at night time.

They have some good events but are often not well organised and difficult to get in touch with. Large range of events.

Small but beautiful. Not many bars and nightclubs but the ones we have are great.

Huge range of clubs and societies, something for everyone so anyone can get involved. Helps people make friends by finding like minded people.

I like the lecturers, the variety of teaching styles and lecturers from different backgrounds and countries. There is nothing I dislike.

There is a careers department for the university. The Management department also has their own dedicated careers service which makes getting appointment easier. We also have a skills module which helps with employability skills.
