"Wonderful things happen here" is just touching the surface in relation to being a student at Surrey. University life here at Surrey is fantastic - I wouldn't change my accommodation, my lecture schedule, or the friendly nature of each lecturer I've had contact with so far.

Although my nights out in the Student Union on Wednesday and Friday have been quite good as I go with a group of close friends, the Union building itself could be better operated. They need faster bar staff and in my opinion, better music options.

Each lecture is well designed to cover the required learning for the module, and each lecturer points us in the right direction to read certain books, etc.

As a student of International Hospitality Management, I have found the university is well connected to major companies - especially hotels which I have a keen interest in being employed at after graduation.

Manor Park accommodation is the best student accommodation I have experienced, when comparing with friends at different universities, I find my room is better. However, the Stag Hill Campus accommodation could be a lot better!
