Very accessible for disabled students with many facilities which accommodate all students, easy to navigate busses to Newcastle under Lyme and Stoke on Trent with many activities to do in the local area. At the student union, there's always something on, except for the weekend when all facilities are closed except the library, which is open 7 days a week 24/7. What could be improved is the pathways as some areas aren't accessible and have to cross the grass, which gets muddy in the winter months with there only being a long path around, which is especially irritating when having to access accommodation quickly. Also, drainage in the car parks is increasingly prone to flooding during the rainy seasons

There's a range of class time options and modules, with every module at least having one seminar and lecture a week, with some also choosing to have an online class. The timetable is spaced out throughout the week, although some days there may be a 10-2 with only a 5-minute break every hour. Tutors are relatively easy to talk to through email, but there may be a delay if emailing outside of their office times. There are career days spread out throughout the year in the university, and in the first week, they mention some of the careers that your degree can go into.

The rooms are large and can easily fit a lot of items within them, with the bathrooms and shower being very spacious too, with each room coming with its own key, things are kept secure and safe during the day when outside the room itself. The kitchens are also very large depending on what block; the newer Y block has long kitchens with sharing between 5-8 people per flat, coming with two fridge freezers and ovens, so there's plenty of space for all people sharing. It is on the high end because it is an en-suit superior, ranging from 7k a year, but is significantly reduced if having a disability. Campus safety is here 24/7, and you can quickly call and access accommodations. However, some students who aren't a part of the accommodation block can access the block itself by being able to follow individuals who have opened the door with their key cards. The room is high maintenance itself due to the very high risk of mould, having to keep the window open a minimum of 30 minutes every day.
