What’s great about university of Worcester is the beautiful city that it’s situated in where everything feels so homely like the town centre, beautiful cathedral. The facilities that uni has for you too study is amazing from the award winning library to the peirson study centre where first point is to help if you need anything. Staff are always on hand to help you can book a tutorial if you are stuck .

The best bit about the course is the tutorials that you can book with, staff are more than happy for you to meet anytime and for how long. My course has luckily been in person learning so I have used the full opportunity to learn more rather than it being online. I would say it’s the right amount of hours of learning however the structure of the teaching days is a bit cramped . For example I have lectures wed to Friday and with Friday being a science module lecture which you need a lot of focus on I would prefer the lectures to be split evenly across the week .

Everyone is so friendly. The town is really pretty especially around autumn time . There are loads of opportunities to volunteer or to have a part time job somewhere. From the award winning library where you can relax to the various nightclubs that you can go to . Especially on Wednesdays where it’s free entry at tramps nightclub or even on Mondays at sin it’s only £1 to get in and it’s 50% of drinks. It’s a nice compact town where there’s plenty of things to do so you definitely won’t be bored!

For value of money it hasn’t been that good as we have had so many problems from being on our 3rd oven to only having one working bathroom between 4 of us instead of 2 working bathrooms. Despite this tho the location of the halls are very accessible as you are situated quite close to everything and it’s not far of a walk to get to the town centre. However the noise from the Astro pitch is one too think about as the windows aren’t double glazed so you can hear everything. But living in halls has been an amazing and different experience so far as I’ve met the most amazing group of people that I hope to continue with after uni
