Beautiful city, prestigious university with world-class facilities and staff

Great support, high-quality equipment. Easy to get answers to questions and quick processing for administrative tasks (i.e. budgets, travel, etc).

Very friendly and student-centered. You really feel welcomed when you are here (even from the very first days). Some facilities could be cheaper for students, I find the gym subscription expensive, buying food on campus is also very expensive for students. Another thing is that many study places get really busy - even though there are several buildings one can go. Some are open to public, maybe there could be segments for different types of students (undergrads, postgrads etc.)

Lecturers and professors are always there to help, courses are flexible with both online and in-class options. Some blended learning courses (PGR) that are mandatory could have more options in time/dates - there are only one or two slots available each semester and it's difficult to find a spot.

It's a good spot but quite far from everything - the campus is 30 min walk, nearest supermarket is also far. There is no transport near the halls which makes moving in and settling very difficult. There is no place for packages - so you have to be home when they deliver (not very convenient). The rooms are spacious but facilities are not so great (many laundry machines are broken most of the time, windows open slightly especially in the kitchen where we need fresh air when cooking.
