The location of the university is very convenient for studies, as the quiet, green and calm environment allows for concentration. The forests and the Irish sea nearby gives an opportunity for students to relax their minds especially during the stressful periods of assignments and exams! I do love the teaching facilities, the IT support system, the halls of residence, the gym, student common rooms and space. Being able to access computers both at the halls of residence and at the school buildings makes this university really great for a masters program experience. The WIFI system of eduroam is reliable, making research, connectivity to friends and family very easy. Like I mean, who doesn't want a steady WIFI network! As for the gym facilities, they are definitely modern and state of the art. Being free to students living in the halls of residence makes it even more appealing to the laziest of students, who are compelled to exercise just by looking at the beauty of the facility. The availability of the sports facilities such as the basketball, tennis courts; football pitch for the five-aside games etc makes the whole student experience worth living. The halls of residence are really great as well, with warm rooms that are just perfect for the winter, and really great kitchens. The fire alarm system is operational and is able to alert students in case of any fire outbreak, providing a sense of safety to anyone living in these buildings. And again I will not forget to talk about the WIFI being easily available while in the halls of residence. That is definitely a huge bonus. Let me talk about the education facilities as well. Academic material is easy to access for everyone, with each student having access to their own password protected blackboards. The blackboards contain everything that one needs to succeed. What else would a student need honestly? It's just perfect. As an international student, I've also loved the support provided by the international student body of the university. The trips organized for us to the different cities of the UK were the true highlight for me, and they are always in touch to ensure that we the students are okay. And finally, the cost of living in the surrounding city of the university is fair for students compared to anywhere else. This allows us to live in a relatively comfortable way. A number of things to improve on would include employment opportunities for students on campus to earn some money doing part-time jobs. The city being quiet and calm for the learning experience is good, but it can also come with a few disadvantages. This is where the university can come in and ensure that its students are always engaged in activities that would deal with boredom. More work also needs to be done to tackle the issue of student loneliness as that would address mental health issues.

The institution offers both the health economics and health promotion components of public health, and this makes it unique to other universities. And with an evolving Public health worldwide, these additional components place the students in a good place to contribute at the different capacities. The tutor contact time needs to be improved though, as some students would probably need more support. This can maybe be solved by getting in more junior lecturers to offer support to the seniors that might be very busy at times. I haven't yet seen any work placements or internships for this masters course, and yet this would be important for our overall experience. The study trips though offer something unique, but the internships or work placements would be great. As for the rest like facilities and career prospects, everything is okay really. I'm glad that I chose to study the program at this institution.

My 1st day experience is too much good because all the university staff very helpful and I proud to be a part of Bangor university. during the class time the teacher is very helpful specially for international students even if you miss the class the teacher send you special email and also attached the lecture for you the university provide all types of facilities for students.so I am be very lucky to studying in Bangor university.

I think the university of Bangor provided the good way for students study and the facilitate the students to study the course all the teacher provided the lecture on class and also provide online class so both ways is good according to the time.

I love to university location because the university is located in the green and clean area and also you can see the sea but I request you to the university staff to provide I sample maps on your website to everyone find easy there class room and building and accomodation

I am new student of Jan intak but I shared my some experience because I don't have more experience and I don't know all halls but the university student halls is good environment and good facilities for new student also all building is good and provide the required facilities for students.
