It is close to home and there is lots to do within a small radius of the university which makes it easier to have fun with friends. It has a lot of convenient places and shops close to the University. Student life is decent and I enjoy my time at University due to being able to meet lots of people in my course. Worst part about university is being worked until 5pm almost everyday but at the end of the day, it was my choice to do it so even though it isn't a great part of university, I just accept it because I got to do what I got to do. Sometimes, things are told very last minute and there is sometimes confusion as to changes in details about certain events like lectures and placements etc. But overall, I like it.

Lectures are both online and in person at the same time so allows huge flexibility for students which is really good. They are also recorded which means we can easily review the lectures if we miss anything during it. There are lots of practicals and placement which means we are exposed to real life scenarios which could happen in the work place and hence grows our experience of the course we are studying. Sometimes there are lectures which last for 3 - 4 hours so balancing that is quite draining because it's pretty much impossible to focus 100% for that long but overall, the teaching style is excellent because there is a huge variety in the teaching such as lectures, exploring anatomy of cadavers in real life, placement so all in all, really good.

Best aspects: friendly city - locals are welcoming and happy to help. - Lots of things to do in the city such as various high street stores, coffee shops you can study in and bakeries/bars etc - Boasts lovely libraries and art galleries to sharpen students' minds - The Student Union is always on top form - there are always fresh and vibrant events going on, which students are informed of. - In terms of improvement, some buildings could do with renovation. There could be more colour/eye catching aspects in the university buildings.

Best aspects: - Varied content and some really enigmatic lecturers - Lots of resources and help given most of the time Worst aspects: - Not enough done to help those who identify as neurodivergent and lectures need to be more attention grabbing - Too much online content, especially at the start. Not much chance to meet with people due to restricted seminars - Not much contact with lecturers, feels very impersonable - The 'psychology at Leeds' module needs to be re-evaluated - Need to ask students their viewpoint on mandatory modules

Pros: - decent sized rooms with ample storage space - kitchen and living area is cosy and modern - good area eg 5 min walk to town and tesco express on doorstep Cons: - not too sure the price is worth it - restricted feeling to halls - not very sociable - some kitchens don't have a good extractor fan - the fire door is too heavy
