The thing I like most about this uni is they have good student support and I always feel like I get a lot of help with my course. Medicine is difficult but I was told where I could seek help right from day one. There was lots of competition to get a place here, so try and make your personal statement stand out.

Leeds is an excellent place to be for your degree. For people moving away from home the accommodation is brilliant and very affordable. Don't worry about making new friends, you make so many really quickly. The city is vibrant and offers everything you need. The university itself offers lots of clubs and societies to choose from. Before coming make sure you research the course well, 'big' up yourself on and off paper for the application. If you know the course well you'll love it.
