Its a really welcoming and comfortable university. I feel like I fit in fairly well compared to how I felt as Newcastle University. Teesside is convenient for me because I live in a nearby town so it meant that I didn't have to leave home but still have access to the degree I wanted to do

Most lecturers are amazing however you get the odd few now and again that are a bit less enthusiastic and make a 2 hour lecture almost unbearable whereas there's others that really motivate you and make you excited to learn. I couldnt be more thankful for some of the seminar tutors that I have, they have made adjusting to uni life so much easier and have been so supportive when it came to assessments and assignments.
