The kitchen had no space to socialise or to eat

They have a lot of facilities to help with your course and a lot of different clubs which you can get into. I have had issues with the suddent support in the past when I have asked for help with accommodation for just before fieldwork and for exams, this is as I live in the isle of man and I can't get over in time with out somewhere to stay. Some time they do not read emails fully before answering cause confusion and mistaken information.

Most of the lecturers are quiet good but one or two are quiet poor at teaching. Some of the lecturers have teaching styles which does not suit me personally. Nearly everything is done in lectures are online, so if a lecture is missed you can catch up with reasonable ease. Plus for pracs they try there best to help you get back up to date.

When you first move into a room it is never perfect e.g. broken window handles, tapes etc but if you report it, it normally gets fixed in a day or two. It is quiet expensive but it is incredibly useful having a ensuit. The kitchen are quiet small with 4 people in the actual small kitchen bit or in the main kitchen area with 8 people in. The location is great with it only been a 5 minute walk to my lectures. The security can be good with key card locks on all the outside doors but they have been proven that they are not full proof as there has been theft from kitchens but they are locks on both kitchen and rooms so it is up to the residence to keep them safe. There are security which comes around and checks for suspicious activity and increases there checks if there are any reports of such.
