The facilities are generally very good and the campus is lovely with its green space although the washing machine facilities can be temperamental at times.

The content is generally very interesting and there is a good range of subjects covered in modules.

I love that the town isn't too big but has everything you need and then isn't far from bigger cities like Liverpool.

Compared to other halls of other universities you get a lot of extras that you wouldn't necessarily get for the same price such as the mini fridge and TV in rooms.

Edge Hills grounds are one of the most modern environments inside a university campus I've ever seen. It's library, the catalyst, is incredibly practical, hosting a vast array of books to rent. The only inconvenience that I have experienced is the parking space shortage, the university has not enough parking for all the students, resulting in the late-comers having to park off campus and risking a parking fine. Edge hill has the land for an additional parking lot. Overall I'm only saying this because I can win a free donut by typing this out.

Some courses are rather unfair in the stem foundation, As I stated prior on the survey, the subject I wish to pursue is Geography. To enter this course I would need to pass mathematics, academic writing, physics, critical thinking and analysis and an introduction to geography. I personally feel the stem foundation year should've covered just geography as its the subject you need to pass in order to let us into geography course. Anyways same thing as last time, I type this out in order to win a donut! Worth it!!
