I have really enjoyed my time at this university so far. There are some great facilities such as a Sport Village with some free activities ‘Active Students’ and also two 24 hour libraries. There is not much to do outside the campus and the nearby towns are quite small but there’s a club in the Uni which gets busy during the week. There are many different societies to choose from and everyone is made to feel really welcome in them. Overall, this university is one I would definitely recommend to others.

Hertfordshire is a great place to study! The lecturers are supportive, informative and there are many sessions where students can go and ask for help. The course is made in such a way that in the end, everyone will be brought on the same level of knowledge. The university library is enourmous, with plenty supportive material alongside your lectures, and it is open 24/7, which is very convenient! It is a cosy and suitable place to study.

The entirety of my course is taught face - to - face, which is something I enjoy as Mathematics can be hard to convey through online lessons. The lecturers are available to contact easily, and they are all very open to discussing content, whether related to the lecture material or outside of it. My course offers a placement year in the third year of study.
