Improvements: Needs a faster response for wellbeing issues

The course is interesting and teaching is largely very good. I participate in several societies in the Guild of Students, but it is unfortunate that the Guild itself is run so abysmally. The University would be improved if they actually paid their lecturers a decent wage so we didn’t lose hours of teaching to strikes every term/year.

Some lectures seem to be slow and a bit padded in my experience, the equivalent online videos cover the same content in a shorter time. But on the whole the course is interesting, fairly marked and reasonably well taught.

The particular hall I stayed in was inconveniently far from uni and was incredibly poor value for money. The meal plan system in particular is a total waste of money.
