Keele is a great place to study and the campus is in a great location with a lot of lands to walk around to clear your head between lectures. All the main buildings are close to most of the accommodation (within 10 minutes walk if you walk slowly). The staff are very helpful from what I have experienced.

Chemistry is currently being mainly taught in person with the option to watch online if you can't make it in person. Some lectures are only online depending on the content and the needs for that lecture. You can always email lecturers and they generally respond fairly quickly and always have an answer or will help you find someone who will be able to help. The course can take a lot of time a week but is manageable with the right balance.

Newcastle is a great area that is close to the uni and is easy to get the bus to and from, Stoke and Hanley are slightly further out and give more opportunities for living and part-time jobs. All these places are reachable by the 25. The bus can sometimes be unpredictable (like most bus services) but first bus does have student travel so it is slightly cheaper to get around.

Horwood is a great option for those who need accommodation on the cheaper end of things. The bathroom and showers are shared. All shared facilities are cleaned by the university. The accommodation is close to the SU and the main path through campus so it is easy to get to different buildings. It is also close to Keele Hall and the land behind it.

Nice campus based university, quiet but can easily access nearby towns/cities, good facilities. Make sure you enjoy your first year because you have to work hard in your 2nd and 3rd year.
